The building is situated in a context of independent houses of the same type in a central area of Milan.
It has been completely redesigned, the different levels of the house have been dedicated to different functions, taking into account both the harmony of the project and the needs of the family.
On the ground floor there are the entrance and the living room, the fireplace area and the kitchen, on the upper floors there are the bedrooms and the lounge area with billiards room and reading room.
All the floors have been paved with planks of teak, the full-height doors have been designed and made in wood, the bathrooms were designed and custom-made for each element of the family and covered with ceramics Bardelli and/or mosaic Appiani.
On the ground floor the separations of the various functions - entrance hall, dining room, kitchen - are fixed or sliding walls made of stainless steel and frosted glass.
