The building overlooks a busy street, but it is partially shielded by a row of tall trees. The project consists in the renovation of the entire top floor, of the façades, of the common parts (entrance hall, hallways at each floor) and in the subdivision into apartments of different sizes. The new façades are finished in a light colour and are marked by the presence of balconies with wood coloured brise-soleil and by light aluminium coloured string courses.
The top floor is surrounded by iron and glass railings, also present along the inner façade. The entrance is marked by the presence of a glass wall, framing a wooden end-of-1800s door and by a silver travertine base, that was used for the entire pavement of the common parts on the ground floor.
On the first three floors of the building there are offices, while on the other floors there are apartments.
