The project consists in the construction of a tower of fourteen storeys in the south of Milan.
The building is located in the centre of the area and set back from the street frontage.
The façades have a dark brown finish plaster that creates a beautiful contrast with the light-coloured balconies and aluminium coloured brise soleil-structure that wraps around the building at the top.
