The project consists in the renovation of several buildings of the former Richard Ginori factory and their conversion into offices or fashion showrooms for private companies.
The buildings have been redesigned with a new internal distribution and a subdivision into lots, together with the inside and outside common areas, the paths and the gardens.
The renovation has maintained the "flavour" of the existing factory with a new make-up.
Some of the façades of the existing buildings have been recovered, emptying the "boxes" from the inside, through the reconstruction of the floors, walls and plants, while others have been completely rebuilt, redesigning the old views and working with new projects within them.
The renovation has been made in compliance with current regulations in terms of energy savings, both in the choice of the type of plants and in the choice of the type of insulation to use.
